- 500 g broccoli
- 5 pieces of dried chilli
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 / 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 tablespoons water
How to prepare :
- Cut broccoli flowerets appropriate, soak in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain.
