Ayam Bakar Limau

Ingredients :
  • 1 chicken, cut into 6, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon lime
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 oranges limes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 4 slices lime leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 5 pieces of red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic

How to prepare :
  • Puree the onion.
  • Puree the garlic.
  • Soak the chicken in lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • Saute onion and white that has been mashed with lime leaves until fragrant.
  • Add chicken, stir until it changes color.
  • Add soy sauce and coconut milk. Stir until half cooked.
  • Fuel with lime pieces until cooked.
  • Serve with warm rice.
