- 1 chicken, cut into 6, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon lime
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 oranges limes, halved
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 4 slices lime leaves
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 5 pieces of red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
How to prepare :
- Puree the onion.
- Puree the garlic.
- Soak the chicken in lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes. Set aside.
- Saute onion and white that has been mashed with lime leaves until fragrant.
- Add chicken, stir until it changes color.
- Add soy sauce and coconut milk. Stir until half cooked.
- Fuel with lime pieces until cooked.
- Serve with warm rice.
