- 4 slices of chicken thighs top (without bones)
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
Seasoning Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 red onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Maggi Oyster Sauce ®
- 2 tablespoons Maggi ® Seasoing
- 1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper, crushed a bit smoother
Making Seasonings :
- Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
- Add the rest of other ingredients, stirring until boiling lift.
Grilling Chicken :
- Marinate chicken with seasoning until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Place chicken in a heat resistant dish.
- Sprinkle with scallions.
- Bake in hot oven 180 C, for 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes of baking, turn chicken and bake again until slightly dry and mature.
- Remove, cut into pieces and serve.
Health Tips :
- Order the chicken is not too oily after being cooked, remove skin and fat layer attached to the chicken thigh meat.
