Ayam Masak Paprika

Ingredients :
  • 200 grams of chicken breast meat, cut into long thin
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, cindang
  • 50 grams onion, chopped
  • 100 ml chicken broth / water
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce english
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, cut into long thin
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • A little lemon juice
How to prepare :
  1. Soak the chicken pieces with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Saute in 2 tablespoons olive oil until slightly browned. Lift.
  3. Heat the remaining olive oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add broth / water, tomato sauce, soy sauce english, peppers and basil.
  5. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Add salt and sugar if necessary.
  7. Add chicken saute, stirring, 1 minute. Prior to his appointment, berries and lemon juice.
