Nasi Ulam

Ingredients :
  • 500 grams of white rice
  • 100 grams of young coconut, peeled, grated lengthwise
  • NESTLE ® 20 grams of cornflakes, crushed coarse
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimp, soaked in hot water, puree
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Mashed Seasonings :
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 pieces of red chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 piece Maggi Chicken Flavor ® Block
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Supplementary Material :

How to prepare :
